Moodboards, spatial layouts, and material directions are presented for your feedback. We refine until the concept feels exactly right.
03 — Detail
Full technical drawings, material schedules, and FF&E specifications. Every detail resolved before a single nail is driven.
04 — Build
Our design team supervises installation alongside the TEAM9 crew. You receive a space that matches the vision — not a compromise of it.
